・チェックインは14:00～16：30、チェックアウトは11：00です。
・宿泊料金のお支払いは、3日前までに指定の口座にお振り込み下さい。
・鍵の引き渡し、宿泊名簿の記載は管理事務所で行ってください。
・外出時、就寝時は、必ず火の元の確認をしてください。
・室内での喫煙、バーベキュー・蚊取り線香・寝たばこ・たばこのポイ捨てなどは禁止です。

・周辺には、民家があり特に早朝や夜間の騒音にお気をつけください。
・近隣の皆様に迷惑となる行為および自然環境を壊す行為は、おやめください。
・寝具などの備品は、清潔にご使用ください。
・使用された食器や鍋などは、元の位置に戻してください。
・備品および建物の破損、鍵の紛失等があった場合、かかった費用をお客様に請求させて頂くことがあります。
・ごみは燃やせるごみ/プラスティック/ペットボトル/カン/ビンに分別し、お帰りの際に指定の場所に集めて置いて下さい。
・ご宿泊中の事故・災害による停電・断水などは、可能な範囲での対応をさせていただきますが、それ以上の責任は負いかねます。
・ペット（犬や猫など）と一緒のご宿泊は、お断りします。
※プライベートで使用していた時にペットを家の中に入れていたので、アレルギーや気になる方はご遠慮ください。
・原則送迎はやっておりません。バスも運行していますが、基本的にお車（レンタカーなど）がないとスーパーや観光施設などに行くのに大変不便です。
・駐車場は１台の車しか入りません。

・You will register your name at the admin. Office and receive the key set for 　cabin/house

・Refrain from using flammable substances during your stay

・You are prohibited to BBQ indoors, the use of fireworks or smoking

　Do not leave your cigarette butts around the property.

・Do not play loud music or make noises from 21:00-07:00

・Please do not disturb neighbors or cause any trouble in the neighborhood.

　Do not intentionally cause any damage to nature

・Please keep bedding clean and rooms tidy

・Please return dishes or pots where they were after using

・Any damage to the building or belongings could result in charges.

・Please separate the trash burnable, plastics, pet-bottles, cans and glass bottles.　Put them in the designated areas

・Please call us in the event of Black outs or water outages

We will support you as much as possible. Please understand there might be limitations on what we could do.(Case by case basis)

・Pets are not allowed
　※ The building has been professionally restored and cleaned. It was used as a private facility, pets were welcome before. If you have any health concerns regarding allergies do not use this facility

・We do not provide pick -up services

　There is a community bus available but is not convenient for shopping or sightseeing. 　

・We encourage arriving by car.

　Parking is available.
